About Rhyal Engineering

Formed in 1998 by managing director, Bob Thomson, Rhyal Engineering has rapidly grown to become one of the UK's leading site built storage tank and vessel contractors, dealing with the design and build of new tanks and t he refurbishment of existing tanks.

The management and site personnel have extensive experience of this specialist business, which has been gained over many years in the tank contracting industry.

This invaluable knowledge has been harnessed with a view to providing our clients with a professional management team, backed up by a highly skilled workforce who can complete projects on time, cost effectively and with the highest standards of safety and quality.

The company serves the Petrochemical, Aviation, Power, water and bulk storage industries and operates throughout the UK, overseas in North Africa and the Middle East. Due to the continuously changing nature of the industry, Rhyal Engineering have endeavoured to build long term close relationships with all it's clients and react effectively to the differing demands which are placed upon them. This has lead to many years of repeat business, based on mutual trust, clear and honest communication, and an ability to meet whatever demands are placed upon them. It has also lead the company to review and develop other in house services, such as structural steelwork, piping manufacture and installation, which now serve to compliment and enhance the other services on offer.

The head office and main fabrication workshops are based in Milford Haven, near to the Pembrokeshire Oil Refineries and storage facilities, however another facility has recently been opened in Stone, Derbyshire.
